    Welcome to Rafl.io ("Website"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this Website.

    1. The Competition

    • 1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter's website at https://rafl.io (the “Website”) and through the Promoter’s corresponding app (“App”).
    • 1.2. An entry fee is payable each time you enter via our online entry method (“Online Entry Route”), or you may enter for free via the postal entry method outlined in paragraph 3.9 below (“Postal Entry Route”). Each person who enters either via the Online Entry Route or the Postal Entry Route is an “Entrant” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.

    2. How to Enter

    • 2.1. The competition will run from the Published Date to the Closing Date as specified on the Website or App. All times and dates referred to are in GMT.
    • 2.2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or alter the Closing Date due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be updated on the Website and App, and Entrants will be notified via email.
    • 2.3. All entries must be received between the Published Date and the specified Closing Date. Entries submitted outside this period may be disqualified without a refund.
    • 2.4. To enter the competition via the Online Entry Route:
      • Visit the Website/App and view the competition details.
      • Select your desired number of entries and complete the checkout process.
      • Submit the online entry form and complete payment.
      • Receive your order confirmation and ticket allocation.
    • 2.5. To enter via the Postal Entry Route:
      • Send an unenclosed postcard with your full name, address, contact details, and competition choice to the Promoter’s postal address stated on the Website.
      • Each postal entry must be submitted separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted.
    • 2.6. All entries must be in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified without a refund.
    • 2.7. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical or postal issues that result in an entry not being received or delayed.

    3. Choosing a Winner

    • 3.1. Draw-Based Competitions:
      • All eligible entries will be placed into a draw, and a winner will be selected using a verifiably random process.
      • The draw will take place on the specified Draw Date.
      • If the draw is disrupted, the Promoter reserves the right to re-run the draw using the same or alternative verifiable random methods.
    • 3.2. Instant Win Competitions:
      • Winning Instant Win tickets will be selected prior to the Published Date using a verifiably random process.
      • Ticket assignments will be randomly generated, and entrants will be able to check their ticket numbers to see if they have won.

    4. Eligibility

    • 4.1. The competition is open to residents of countries where participation is legal, aged 18 or over, except:
      • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members.
      • Employees of agents or suppliers involved in the competition.
    • 4.2. By entering, you confirm your eligibility. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility.
    • 4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who:
      • Use automated or fraudulent means to enter.
      • Attempt to manipulate the competition process.
      • Violate these Terms and Conditions.

    5. The Prize

    • 5.1. The available prizes are listed on the relevant competition pages of the Website/App.
    • 5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
    • 5.3. If the prize is a vehicle:
      • The Promoter ensures it has a valid MOT (if required).
      • No insurance, road tax, or additional costs are included.
      • The winner is responsible for arranging insurance and compliance with all applicable laws.

    6. Winners

    • 6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
    • 6.2. The winner’s full name will be announced publicly unless the winner objects in accordance with privacy requests.
    • 6.3. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the details provided. If the winner does not claim the prize within 21 days, an alternative winner will be selected.
    • 6.4. The winner must provide proof of identity matching their registered account details to claim the prize.

    7. Claiming the Prize

    • 7.1. The prize must be claimed personally and cannot be transferred to a third party.
    • 7.2. If the prize is a vehicle, ownership will be transferred using the official documentation after all eligibility checks are completed.
    • 7.3. Any cash prizes will be transferred directly to the winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide valid proof of ownership of the account.
    • 7.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure by the winner to claim the prize within the required timeframe.

    8. General

    • 8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website/App.
    • 8.2. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    • 8.3. The competition is governed by UK law, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
